Joshua has been diagnosed with Battens Disease CLN6.

The disease is degenerative and will take his motor skills, speech and ability to swallow, bring difficult behaviour and involve epileptic seizures that are hard to control and eventually end up taking his life before he reaches adolescence. The BDFA website has more information about the disease.

The Glevum Big Band are a Gloucester based amateur big band playing a selection of jazz and swing classic tracks. They love to support fundraising events in their local community.

Why not come along, dance and enjoy! 7pm on 3rd June 2023, at the Churchdown Community Center. There will be cakes, a raffle and the bar will be open. 1920s-1940s dress code is encouraged but optional!
